Upon Marlborough House stationery, letter dated 9 October 1904 reads in part, ''Dear Lady [illegible] / Many thanks for your kind letter & for sending me the Report of the Surrey Needlework Guild. I must congratulate you on the increase of the numbers of the garments which is most satisfactory...'' 3pp. on a single sheet of card-style stationery, measuring 5'' x 6''. Near fine.
