Beautiful bridal gown worn by Mayte Garcia at her wedding to Prince. Wedding dress bears the label of Prince's costumer Bonnie Flesland of Prince's home town Minneapolis, Minnesota. Drop waist gown features an all lace bodice with applied crystals and lace long sleeves. White lace features a foliage design with nude backing over most of the bodice. Neckline is a bead and faux pearl encrusted band collar. Backless gown zips up the lower portion of the back with a heart shaped faux pearl zipper pull. Faux pearls adorn the sleeve ends. High-low skirt is gathered at the drop waist and features lush tulle under a lustrous ivory charmeuse, with the short segment positioned at the front. The first layer of tulle is decorated with translucent amber drops. Skirt has a subtle train. Accompanied by a cream color wrap for their February wedding, with long sleeves and white faux fur trim to cuffs and collar. Lot also includes a black and white 11'' x 14.25'' wedding portrait photo of the couple, in which Prince kisses Mayte on the cheek. Photo print credits photographer Jeff Katz and bears the date 14 February 1996. Dress measures 16'' across the chest and 21'' from the top of the shoulder to the beginning of the drop waist.
