Original Hal Foster signed preliminary artwork for the ''Prince Valiant'' comic strip, #2001 in the series. Pencil sketch was for the strip published on 15 June 1975, hand-drawn by Foster as the strip transitioned from Foster to John Cullen Murphy. Measures 8.5'' x 11''. Three hole punch, and light soiling, overall in very good condition. With Prince Valiant label in first panel, and signed by Foster on last panel. From the John Cullen Murphy estate.
