Olympic torch from the 2014 Olympic Torch Relay. The Torch Relay tradition was begun in 1928, where a spark from the parent flame in Olympia, Greece ignites the torch that begins the Relay, ending in the host city in time for the opening ceremonies, in this case Sochi on 7 February 2014. Silver and red torch features ''Sochi.ru'' Olympic logo to top by the lamp component. Measures 37'' long and 5.75'' across at the widest point. Light wear from use, and bend to very top of metal, overall very good condition. In original aluminum wrapping and ''Sochi.ru'' box.
