Iconic American artist Norman Rockwell typed letter signed, written on Rockwell's personal stationery. Letter, dated 18 March 1975, reads in full; ''Dear Mrs. Barker: In answer to your letter of the 14th, I am sorry but I do not have a sketch to send you. However, I am enclosing an autographed bookplate for your Abrams' book. I remember Mrs. Cobb and her family very well. I believe they now live in the South. Sincerely yours, [signed] Norman Rockwell''. Includes original envelope sent from Rockwell's home in Massachusetts. Measures 7.25'' x 11''. Mailing folds, else near fine.
