Signed by the Soviet leader on the title page with a Russian inscription to the recipient, Shim Lew, who worked in the Pan Am Protocol department and acquired it directly from Gorbachev. Bound in publisher's black and red boards with silver lettering, housed in original dust jacket. Measures 6.5'' x 9.5'' and spans 769pp. Minor wear, overall near fine condition.
