In addition to martial art experience, Lee asks the prospective student the ''Reason for joining this institute'' and whether he is married. It also has a section for personal attributes such as ''attitude'' and ''cooperation''. Lee famously selected students not only for their athletic ability, but also for their personal attributes, looking for sincere individuals with a high work ethic. Four page application on thick card stock measures 18'' x 11.5'' unfolded. Some foxing and creased corners, overall very good condition.
