Admittance dates are 30 August 1971 and 8 October 1971 with no documentation of her treatment. Signed "Mary Astor" on verso of each 8.5" x 11" document. (3) 24 August 1970 Viking Imports purchase for $123. Signed "Mary Astor". Measures 5.5" x 8.5". (4) 8 June 1972 Valley Electronic TV Supply receipt for television replacements, signed "Mary Astor". Measures 5.5" x 7.5". Toning and foxing to each. Overall in very good condition.
