Admittance dates are 30 August 1971 and 8 October 1971 with no documentation of her treatment. Signed ''Mary Astor'' on verso of each 8.5'' x 11'' document. (3) 24 August 1970 Viking Imports purchase for $123. Signed ''Mary Astor''. Measures 5.5'' x 8.5''. (4) 8 June 1972 Valley Electronic TV Supply receipt for television replacements, signed ''Mary Astor''. Measures 5.5'' x 7.5''. Toning and foxing to each. Overall in very good condition.
