Marlon Brando document signed with 20th Century Fox, dated 20 August 1956. Brando agrees to rescind a previous agreement that had required him to ''report to our studio on August 13, 1956 to commence rendition of your services in connection with the second motion picture''. Signed in blue ink at bottom, ''Marlon Brando'', countersigned by a 20th Century Fox executive, and on the company's letterhead. It's not known what film this ''second motion picture'' might have referred to, although Brando was considered for the lead in ''The King and I'', released in 1956. Document measures 8.5'' x 11''. Staple punctures at top, some creasing along right edge and fading to text. Overall very good condition.
