Pen used by President Lyndon Johnson on 24 October 1968 to sign H.R. 15147 into law, which naturalized men and women serving active-duty in Vietnam and in other military hostilities. Blue and silver Evershapp pen features the presidential seal along with a facsimile of Johnson's signature stamped in gold lettering, housed inside a Presidential box. Box measures 6'' x 2'' x .75''. Pen measures 5.25'' long. Foxing to box, in good condition. Felt-tip of pen has dried out, as expected, overall near fine.
