Lucille Ball worn and signed costume from one of the Desilu productions during the 1950s-1960s, possibly on ''I Love Lucy''. Two piece floral outfit includes matching blouse and skirt: (1) Blue floral print blouse with lace and rose detail along square neckline; (2) Blue floral print floor length skirt with same lace design around waistband. Lucille Ball signs the right breast area, ''Love Lucy''. Western Costume Company label is attached to skirt with production tag that reads, ''Desilu'' in print, followed by ''4414'' handwritten''. Items were originally donated by Ball to the ''Actors for Others and Animals'' charity auction held at Warner Bros. in the late 1980s. Blouse has been cut on the back and sleeves with double sided tape to seal hems. Overall very good condition. Originally part of Christie's 11 December 1997 sale in London, lot 55.
