First published by the Scottish author in 1883, this coming of age story has stood the test of time with one of the most memorable characters in literature, pirate Long John Silver. Published by J.H. Sears: New York. No date, though likely a 1920's publication. 241pp. book measures 4.5'' x 7'' in navy blue cloth and gilt lettering, with bumping to front cover and loosening to fraying spine. Small pencil notation to front free endpaper. Good condition.
