Dwight Eisenhower signs ''DE'' as President to a letter dated 13 January 1955 on White House stationery, conveying birthday wishes to his more conservative brother Edgar. He writes, ''...For you in 1955 I shall wish golf scores at least ten strokes lower than mine (that you always accomplish anyhow), fun on the John Marshall Bicentennial Commission (I haven't the slightest idea what you will do), and calm and quiet about the Bricker Amendment...'' Light folds and punch holds to 7''x 9'' letter, else near fine.
