Dwight Eisenhower signs ''DE'' as President to a typed letter to his brother datelined Denver, 9 September 1955 on White House stationery. He writes, ''Dear Ed, Many thanks for your note of the sixth, and for the clipping that accompanied it in a separate envelope. The latter, I suspect, was sent with tongue in cheek...'' Dwight enjoyed a close relationship with his brother Edgar Eisenhower, though they often differed on politics. Measures 6.75'' x 8.75''. Slight fold across center and punch holes from filing, else fine.
