A pair of Roosevelt campaign ribbons distributed during the 1900 Presidential race. One yellow ribbon and one blue ribbon comprise the lot. Both are printed ''Welcome to Roosevelt'' in red ink and dated 12 October 1900. Each measures 2.75'' x 9''. The yellow ribbon is labeled ''Spanish War Veterans,'' and has a metal ring sewn into the top edge. Some staining; very good. The blue ribbon bears bullion wire trim and a floret ribbon, and was likely distributed at a party, since its label reads, ''Reception''. Fabric loss, else very good.
