Rose Kennedy signs a typed letter ''Rose'' above an autograph note signed. Lengthy 2pp. letter dated 23 July 1951 reads in part, ''We just came home from the christening...The baby...behaved very well for the occasion and cried lustily...Jack is here at the moment but is going back to Congress on Tuesday...'' Autograph inscription reads, ''Thank you so much for remembering my birthday. Hope you are well & happy. So glad Mary Lou is with you...Alice...& daughters went over on plane as they are great friends of Mrs. Skakel. Rose''. 8.5'' x 11'' letter is in very good condition.
