I was in the clinic for five days before I left...Much love dear- Rose''. Rose Kennedy was granted the title ''Roman Countess'' by the Catholic Church and a square in Boston is named in her honor. Letter on Hotel Ritz stationery measures 5'' x 7''. Near fine condition. Original envelope postmarked from Paris is included.
