Retained copy of a letter from James Dean's agent Jane Deacy, dated 20 July 1955 while Dean was filming ''Giant''. Deacy writes to theatre producer Marshall Migatz, ''...The trade papers are a little off as Jimmy Dean will not be finished with THE GIANT before September 15th. It may even go longer as they are a few days behind shooting schedule now and [director] Mr. Stevens is a perfectionist...'' Single sheet measures 8.5'' x 11''.
