NASA Earthrise photo from the Apollo 8 mission, showing, for the first time, the Earth from the vantage point of the moon. Encapsulated by PSA as a Type I photo from 1968, and with NASA red number ''AS8-14-2383'' on margin, making this one of the most collectible photos of the Apollo space program. With NASA press release on verso, printed on ''A Kodak Paper''. Glossy photo measures 8'' x 10'', encapsulated to 13.25'' x 9.75''. Minute smudging and faint yellowing, overall in very good to near fine condition, with sharp corners.
