Original Hal Foster signed preliminary artwork for the ''Prince Valiant'' comic strip, #2208 in the series. Pencil sketch was for the strip published on 3 June 1979, hand-drawn by Foster as the strip transitioned from Foster to John Cullen Murphy. Lot also includes a separate typed story narration. Both sheets measure 8.5'' x 11''. Three hole punch, and light wear, overall in very good plus condition. With Prince Valiant label in first panel, and signed by Foster on last panel. From the John Cullen Murphy estate.
