Front page articles cover possible German/Russian alliance, Russian attacks on Estonia and Nazi attacks on British ships. Another article in the 26-page newspaper reports that Joseph Kennedy, U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom, wrote personal letters to Americans in Britain urging them to return to the U.S. Light toning to edges of 17'' x 22.25'' newspaper; chipping to left edge from previous binding. Overall very good condition.
