In part, ''...I would like you to run in for a few minutes interview concerning the extension of the federal Farm Bank provisions to the Island of Porto Rico...[signed] Warren G Harding''. Letter measures 6.75'' x 8.5'', framed with a photo of Harding to 20.25'' x 15.75''. Small nick to frame, otherwise near fine.
