Book weighs 15.5 oz (compared to 15 for the second printing), with additional first printing points present: title page states 1927 at bottom; perfect page number ''3'' on page 3; dust jacket has no review blurbs inside front flaps. Book measures 5.5'' x 7.75''. Front hinge is just starting, otherwise book is exceptionally bright in near fine condition. Dust jacket shows $2.50 price. Moderate chipping on back cover and spine, and discoloration to spine, overall good plus condition.
