Steve McQueen screen-worn blue jeans from the 1966 film ''The Sand Pebbles'', set on an American gunboat in China during the 1920s. McQueen starred as Jake Holman, Machinist's Mate 1st Class and nonconformist, a role that earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor and cemented his image as an icon of counterculture. Blue jeans feature a Western Costume label typed with McQueen's name. Button-fly jeans are size 32 x 31. Near fine.
