"I Love Lucy" star, Lucille Ball signed house inventory from her residence in Beverly Hills dated 2 June 1953. Ball signs page 66, "Lucille Ball Arnaz" twice, confirming receipt of the items in the home that she and Desi rented at 602 N. Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills. The inventory lists hundreds of items from the residence down to ash trays and hampers. The 66pp. inventory is bound in a green folder measuring 9" x 11.5". Some fading to cover and light toning to pages, else near fine condition.
