Lee forwards a telegram, complimenting a Ken Murray on ''...how well your last showing of the de Forest Film was received...[signed] Lee''. De Forest had 180 patents to his credit and received an Academy Award for his ''pioneering inventions'' in bringing sound to the silver screen. Letter measures 8.5'' x 11'', accompanied by original envelope and telegram referenced. Some toning, else near fine.
