Robert Ripley signed copy of his book ''Ripley's Big Book / Believe it or Not!'', detailing intriguing and bizarre events from around the world. Published Simon and Schuster: New York: 1934. In the 1930's, Ripley had opened a series of very popular ''Odditoriums'' and was named the most popular man in America by the ''New York Times''. Ripley's distinctive signature appears on the front free endpaper. Book measures 6.5'' x 9.5''. Uniform toning to interior pages, and binding starting to separate. Overall very good.
