Sheet music for "I'm Building Up To An Awful Let-Down" signed by dancing prodigy and crooner Fred Astaire, who composed the music, which has lyrics by Johnny Mercer. Astaire signs "Fred Astaire" in blue ink over a photo of himself on the cover. A recording of Astaire singing this song is included on many reissues of his music. The 9" x 12" booklet runs three pages, front and verso, with a bright red cover. Some creasing to cover and toning to interior pages. Very good condition.
