The fast food CEO inscribes the front free endpaper, ''To Carol / May 1977 / Best Wishes / Ray A. Kroc'' and also the rear free endpaper, ''May 1977 / Best Wishes / Ray A. Kroc'', both in blue ink. Kroc's account of his strategy to grow McDonald's runs 201pp. Bound in black textured paper boards with the golden arches on the front cover in gilt and all edges gilt. Measures 6.25'' x 9.25''. Slight cocking to spine, else near fine.
