Rose Kennedy autograph letter signed from the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich in 1956. Written to her maid in Hyannisport, letter reads in full, ''Dear Louisa, You probably have made some of the curtains for upstairs, but we shall want new ones for next season so go ahead with them - as you think best. I shall not be home for at least another month. Thank you very much. I am now in Zurich - where everyone speaks German - It is fun but there is no place better than the Cape. Best to Dave & to you. You can write to me at Ritz Paris if there is anything important. Otherwise do not bother / Sincerely, Rose Kennedy''. Undated letter includes original air mail envelope, postmarked 1956 and with ''Dolder Grand Hotel Zurich'' stamped to verso. Letter measures 5.75'' x 8''. Toning and folds, else near fine.
