One of a kind prototype of a "G.I. Joe" aviator in a representation of an F-15 C fighter jet cockpit, made sometime after 1972 when the F-15 C was introduced into the Air Force fleet. Exceptionally detailed prototype module features G.I. Joe pilot strapped into an F-15 C Eagle cockpit. Inside the cockpit is a realistic representation of the cockpit of an F-15 C fighter jet, complete with replicated gauges and switches. Pilot wears a two-toned green flight suit with removable gray pilot's helmet and gas mask. The dark green metal ladder to the rear of the module, and the plexiglass cockpit shell can also be removed. Affixed to a black base on two clear rounded plexiglass pillars. Measures 16.5" tall on a 14" x 10" base. Weighs 7 lbs. 1 oz. Near fine. From the estate of G.I.
