Cary Grant typed letter signed on his personal stationery. Dated 27 September 1955, letter is addressed to a Kathy Burt and reads in full: ''Dear Kathy Burt: The accompanying photograph comes to you at the kind suggestion of your father who, together with your charming mother, I met recently in Toronto for the first time in many, oh too many, years. It comes to you with warm and personal regards, a hope that I will have the pleasure of knowing you, and of meeting your parents again someday soon, and a sincere wish for your success.'' Signed ''Cary Grant'' above his printed name. Includes original postmarked envelope which once contained a photo along with the letter. Measures 5'' x 8'' on one page. Some thinning to paper. Envelope has significant wear. Overall, very good.
