Ray Bradbury personally owned skeleton plate from 1747. The piece is titled, ''Tables of the Skeleton and Muscles of the Human Body'', originally drawn by Bernhard Siegfried Albinus in collaboration with Jan Wandelaar. Their drawing, an image of a skeleton with a rhinoceros in the background, was converted into an etching by Charles Grignion, whose signature ''C. Grignion Sculpt'' appears at lower left. To the upper right corner is print reading, ''TAB. IV''. Dated 1747 at lower right. Matted and framed to an overall size of 25'' x 31.5''. Has not been removed from frame for further inspection but appears near fine given age. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate.
