John D. Rockefeller typed letter signed, dated 13 June 1925. Rockefeller writes a nice note concerning a wedding, in part, "Dear Mrs. Baverstock: I am sending you a little wedding check, instead of selecting a present which might be only a duplication of something you already have, and believing you would prefer to make your own selection...my kindest regards and best wishes for long and happy lives together...[signed] John D. Rockefeller". Single page measures 5" x 8". Creasing and remnants attached at top; very good condition. An ideal wedding gift.
