Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire both sign the cover of the sheet music booklet for ''Isn't This A Lovely Day''. Irving Berlin, Inc. Music Publishers: New York: 1935. Astaire signs in black ink near his picture, next to his top hat, and Rogers signs in fine black marker above her right hand. The song is from 1935's screwball musical comedy ''Top Hat,'' the dancing duo's most successful film together. 4pp. of music. Measures 9'' x 12''. Light soiling and chipping to cover, else near fine.
