He pens, ''GW'' in ink beneath his detailed drawing of the famous Mississippi River crossing from Laura Ingalls Wilder's book series. The family's covered wagon is ferried across the river on their journey west. A notation reads, ''p 10''. Measures 6.25'' x 4.5''. Tail edge is irregular, else fine condition.
