Ty Cobb autograph letter signed to Marie Quinn. Undated, though with envelope postmarked 25 November 1959, Cobb gives generous praise to his neighbors, ''a happy Nesei Japanese family'' who provide him with ''loyal care...She cooks & sends me dishes even meals...He looks after me, house in fine order also he comes and will cook, so guess that spells a true Christian faith...'' Cobb also includes a newspaper article with vacation trips circled in green ink. 2pp. letter on front sheets only measures 7.25'' x 10.5''. Very good condition.
