Dorothy McGuire custom dress, possibly made for her role in "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn". McGuire starred as Katie Nolan in the 1945 feature, incidentally the first in Elia Kazan's illustrious directorial career. Long-sleeved pink checked and floral patterned dress with ric-rac trim buttons to the waist and also features a snap closure. Dress is an approximate size S.
