Comprising two cut-glass boxes, two hand mirrors and two hand brushes; the boxes rectangular with rounded corners, each colorless glass body cut with scrolling foliate pattern, surmounted by a detachable cover enameled overall in translucent pale blue over a wavy guilloché ground, centering a vacant oval cartouche, all within a reeded ribbon-tied silver border; the mirrors and brushes similarly enameled and decorated, marked throughout. The largest box 9 3/8" x 6". Provenance from Christie's.
