Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball typed contract signed for Desilu Productions. Dated 10 June 1954, contract is a waiver of notice to the company directors regarding a scheduled special meeting. Formed in 1950, Desilu Productions purchased their own studio in 1954, where most of their hugely successful ''I Love Lucy'' episodes were produced. The company was co-owned by Arnaz and Ball, until their divorce when Lucille took control and became the first woman to run a Hollywood studio. 1pp. measures 7.5'' x 9'', with blue ink signatures. Lot includes two studio portraits of the couple. Framed in gilt to an overall size of 28'' x 13.25''. Near fine.
