This handsome four item lot includes: (1) golden 2.5'' medallion with chain presented by Good Samaritan Hospital for ''grateful appreciation'' dated 1978-79. Includes purple felt lined case; (2) wooden plaque for distinguished service from The Mental Health Association in Suffolk County dated 28 May 1985. Measures 10'' x 14''; (3) Certificate of Appreciation from the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare dated 12 December 1978. Presented in blue cover, measures 13'' x 10.75''; (4) wooden plaque with golden gavel from Good Samaritan Hospital for serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee dated 1978-1980.
