Rare 9 October 1930 circus contract between John Ringling and The Arleys for their High Perch Act in connection with the 1931 circus season. Ringling, the leader of the Ringing Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, signs boldly and clearly. The 1931 season was just one year before the board of directors voted Ringling out and a few years before his death. 8.5'' x 13.5 contract, front and verso, has expected creases from folding, one small chip from left side and minimal discoloration. Near fine condition.
