Article lists the three ''all important points'' as well as four ''incidental points'' determined by the Supreme Court, and mentions that the opinion ''...was listened to with profound attention by a crowded court room.'' An adjacent column reports: ''The Rights of Women,'' ''Hearing Before a Convention of the Judiciary Committee.'' Includes remarks made by Lucy Stone Blackwell and Judge Capron. Very good condition.
