Cover is also signed ''Bishop Baumgartner'' and an inscription in a third hand reads, ''The above is in the handwriting of Archbishop Spellman of New York; the autograph of the Fleet Admiral below, was written with the Jap Surrender pen. Oct. 16, 1945...'' Envelope bears printed NY return address of 452 Madison Avenue. Measures 3.75'' x 6.5''. Mounted on 7.5'' x 9.25'' cardboard. Toning, else very good.
