Reads in part: ''...We do by these Presents nominate, constitute, and appoint her, the said Doris Violet Cole to be Our Consul for the Socialist Republic of Rumania...'' Royal blindstamped seal intact at top left. Measures 21'' x 16.5''. Faint toning along edges and wear along two folds, otherwise near fine.
