On his personal stationery, the ''Bugs Bunny'' animator writes to ''Curtis'' on 20 January 1975: ''Technically Columbia did not have a cartoon division - it was a separate subsidiary called then - and now - 'Screen Gems' - I think too that Dave Fleischer was always with Paramount: 'Popeye', 'Betty Boop', 'Gulliver' were all Paramount - I met Dave occasionally but unfortunately not Max - who was the creative force according to all those I knew who worked for him. Thank you for the photographs and the letter - Best Regards, Chuck Jones''. 1pp. letter measures 8.5'' x 11''. Near fine.
