With specifics on the method of travel for representatives being sent to Manila, it reads in part: ''The Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers hereby directs the immediate cessation of hostilities by Japanese Forces...further directs the Japanese...to send to his headquarters at Manila Philippine Islands a competent representativs [sic]''. Lengthy document measures 8.5'' x 26.25''. Near fine.
