Neil Armstrong document signed. The first man to walk on the moon signs "N.A. Armstrong" in blue ink on an Airborne Express delivery form dated simply "11/7". Beside his signature, his name is printed "Armstrong" in an unknown hand. Single-page document measures 8.5" x 11". Faint toning and creasing with a staple puncture to upper left corner, else near fine. With LOA from consignor stating that Armstrong signed the document in the early 1990's for a delivery to his Lebanon, Ohio business.
