Charles Albury, Bockscar copilot, signed and handwritten responses to a questionnaire, dated 19 June 1984. Albury writes, ''...We flew ''The Great Artiste'' that dropped the instrument package by parachute over Hiroshima and Nagasaki...We had seen movies of the test bomb at White Sands, N.M...I was one of many dedicated people who wanted to end the destruction and killing. We all wanted to go home to our families...With God's help this ended the war...C.D. Albury''. Single page questionnaire measures 8.5'' x 11'' and is in fine condition.
